Terms of Use
These are the terms of using PaschalEzeMedia.com.
1. This Terms of Use agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing your use of PaschalEzeMedia.com and it is between you referred hereinafter as "USER" (which is any person or organization using PaschalEzeMedia.com, whether as a person or an organization paying fees for features, tutorials, products, services and benefits offered on PaschalEzeMedia.com or using the site free of charge) and Paschal Eze Media of Coralville Iowa USA hereinafter also referred to as "PaschalEzeMedia.com".
2. You agree and covenant to carefully read all the provisions of this agreement before using PaschalEzeMedia.com; and that by using the site, you are confirming that you have read all such provisions and do understand and accept them.
3. You also agree that you are legally bound by all the provisions of this agreement and covenant to abide by all its terms and conditions.
4. You agree and covenant that you are over 13 years old.

You agree and covenant that you have the proper authority to register to use the features, tutorials, products and services at PaschalEzeMedia.com in the name and on behalf of the business, entity or organization you represent and to commit such business, entity or organization you represent to keep all the terms and conditions governing the use of PaschalEzeMedia.com.
6. You acknowledge and agree that registration is required to use many features, tutorials, products and services on PaschalEzeMedia.com site and undertake to provide accurate, true and valid information about you or your for-profit or nonprofit organization at the time you complete the registration form. You also agree and undertake to properly and accurately update your user information in a timely manner using the relevant tools provided on PaschalEzeMedia.com.
7. You acknowledge and agree that Paschal Eze Media has the right and authority to reject any registration and refuse to issue member ID and password for any reason whatsoever without providing an explanation.
8. You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for keeping, upholding and protecting the confidentiality and integrity of your member ID and password at all times and for all activities that take place under such member ID and password. You agree and convenant that Paschal Eze Media will not be held liable for any harm or damage caused by your failure to log out at the end of any session at PaschalEzeMedia.com or for your failure to keep, uphold and protect the confidentiality and integrity of your member ID and password.
9. You acknowledge and agree that Paschal Eze Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate your use of features, tutorials, products and services on PaschalEzeMedia.com if the information you provided about yourself and/or your business is found to be inaccurate, invalid, untrue or deceptive.
10. You acknowledge and agree that by registering and becoming a user of PaschalEzeMedia.com, you give Paschal Eze Media the right to email you relevant updates and alerts as it may deem appropriate from time to time. Paschal Eze Media will never sell your private information to anyone but will use such information for administrative purposes like sending you email updates and alerts mainly on issues relating to PaschalEzeMedia.com.
11. You accept and agree not to misuse or abuse the features and tools on PaschalEzeMedia.com in spamming, junk mails, chain letters or vulgar, harmful, unlawful, incisive, offensive, threatening or objectionable information or material of any shape, kind or form.

You agree and covenant that Paschal Eze Media reserves the right to change, amend and update the provisions of this agreement at anytime without prior notice and that such changes, amendments or updates take immediate effect once they are posted. That means your continued use of PaschalEzeMedia.com clearly demonstrates your full acceptance of such changes, amendments or updates. So, check the terms of use regularly.
14. You agree and covenant that Paschal Eze Media, in pursuance of its business interests of making the site more efficient, effective and profitable, reserves the right to change, modify or introduce new procedures, features, tutorials, products or services on PaschalEzeMedia.com at anytime without prior or any notice and that your continued use of the site after such changes, modifications or new introductions clearly demonstrates your full acceptance of them.
15. You agree and covenant that Paschal Eze Media reserves the right to terminate without prior or any notice your access to all or any part of PaschalEzeMedia.com if it exercises the judgment that you have violated any provision of this agreement.
16. You agree and covenant that PaschalEzeMedia reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all features, tutorials, benefits, products or services offered on PaschalEzeMedia.com if it judges you to have acted in ways that directly or indirectly caused harm to PaschalEzeMedia.com, other users, PaschalEzeMedia.com affiliates, partners and other relevant third parties.
17. You agree and covenant that Paschal Eze Media can terminate your access to any or all features, tutorials, video clips, files, texts, benefits, products or services offered on PaschalEzeMedia.com if it judges you to have acted in ways that violate relevant local, national or international regulations and laws.
18. You agree and covenant that Paschal Eze Media has the sole discretion to decide which of the features, tutorials, video clips, texts, files, benefits, products or services at PaschalEzeMedia.com are offered free of charge, and which ones are offered only to paying members.
19. You agree and covenant that under no circumstances should Paschal Eze Media, its owners, staff, affiliates and partners be held liable for your use or inability (or that of any third party) at anytime to use PaschalEzeMedia.com, whether as a result of power disruption, server downtime, limited access, changes, modification or termination of any procedure, tutorials, benefit, feature, product or service on PaschalEzeMedia.com or for any delays, errors, omissions or misunderstanding in communication or transmission as well as for any damage that may arise from your use (or that of any third party) of PaschalEzeMedia.com.
20. You agree and covenant that the name Paschal Eze Media, the descriptive and informative texts provided on PaschalEzeMedia.com, the logo, slogan, tutorials, video clips, icons, graphics and images belonging to Paschal Eze Media are fully protected by Copyright and Trademark laws. You are not allowed to duplicate, copy, reproduce, sell or exploit them commercially without the written permission of Paschal Eze Media.
21. You agree and covenant that PaschalEzeMedia.com reserves the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to refer to, mention or use your survey responses, testimonials and feedback to PaschalEzeMedia.com at anytime and in any form in its news updates, newsletters, calendars, informercials, media interviews, advertising, business communication, gift items, marketing and promotional materials and the like without any notice, feedback or compensation.
22. You acknowledge and agree that Paschal Eze Media is not responsible or liable for the contents of websites that word links, banner adverts and other hyperlinks you may find on PaschalEzeMedia.com point or lead to. Clicking such links may lead to websites whose contents are not monitored, controlled, regulated, sanctioned, endorsed or approved by PaschalEzeMedia.com and may be offensive or objectionable to you or any third party.
23. You undertake and agree that it is your duty to pay any applicable local, national or regional tax irrespective of the fee you pay or paid to Paschal Eze Media for use of the features, tutorials, videos, coupons, products and services at PaschalEzeMedia.com.
24. You agree and undertake not to post, embed, distribute or transmit any data or material with computer viruses, trojan horses, phishing devices, spyware and other malicious and harmful codes and software on, through or from PaschalEzeMedia.com at anytime, and will not use the site to launch, carry out or promote any form of child predatory activity or pornography. Doing otherwise constitutes a breach of the terms and conditions for using PaschalEzeMedia.com and clearly justifies and warrants termination of your access to features, products and services on PaschalEzeMedia.com.
25. You acknowledge and agree that Paschal Eze Media may be compelled by law (that means we will do it only when we are compelled by law) to disclose private information and data you provided to comply with a judicial process or a court order regarding rights of other users or third parties. You acknowledge and agree that Paschal Eze Media may be compelled by law to provide full cooperation to any local or national government agency as well as intergovernmental agency like Interpol in any crime investigation involving a user of features, tutorials, products and services at PaschalEzeMedia.com; that Paschal Eze Media will only do so in reasoned obedience to the law and should therefore not be held liable for any damages or results. You agree not to institute any court action or claim against Paschal Eze Media for making such disclosure or full cooperation as compelled by law.
26. You acknowledge and agree that PaschalEzeMedia.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if found continuously inactive for 120 days, a duration that could be changed without any notice whatsoever.
27. You acknowledge and agree that all features, tutorials, products and services on PaschalEzeMedia.com are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any express or implied guarantee or warranty whatsoever by Paschal Eze Media. On no account should Paschal Eze Media be held liable for performance failures, delays or disruptions of features, tutorials, video clips, products and services on PaschalEzeMedia.com due to things beyond our control which include but are not limited to natural or man-made disasters like earthquakes, nuclear explosion, acts of terrorism, hurricanes, tornadoes, sunamis, fires, natural deaths, murders, flood, server downtime, power disruption, telecommunication or computer equipment failure, labor or political unrest, court orders or wars.
28. You agree that these terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you, the user, and Paschal Eze Media and that these terms are governed by the State of Iowa in United States of America where Paschal Eze Media operates from. You agree that you, the user, and Paschal Eze Media irrevocably agree to any judgment that may be rendered under the applicable laws of the State of Iowa in the United States of America regarding the whole provisions of this agreement.
